Dr. Derick Jackson believes the signature of an effective leader is their organizations’ ability to rise to the challenge, amidst uncertain, complex, and ambiguous conditions. He is an executive coach, consultant, philanthropist, and keynote speaker with more than 25 years of experience working with leaders around the globe.
Dr. Jackson has worked with leadership teams in oil and gas, high tech, clean tech, biotech, healthcare, financial services, retail, private equity, government agencies, non-profits, and professional services firms. He has worked in the U.S., China, Korea, Germany, and the U.K., and he has also lived in the Middle East for 15 years engaging with companies such as Saudi Aramco, ArcelorMittal, GCC, SABIC, TAQA and Arabian Drilling Company to name a few.
