EQ assessment privacy notice
Wiser Group Consultancy requests your name, work email, organization, job title, country/region, leadership level and optional industry and phone number when you choose to take the Executive EQ Assessment.
Purpose
With your required consent, Wiser uses this information to prepare your assessment report and follow up with you about your assessment. Separately, you can opt in to receive other Wiser service and event information. Optional marketing is not required to complete the assessment.
Assessment data
When you complete the assessment on the live PHP website, Wiser records your demographic profile, your selections for all 20 questions, the five calculated domain scores, overall score and completion time. Scores are recalculated on the server. In local file preview, no data is transmitted.
Handling your information
On the live PHP website, the data is written to one private XML file outside the public website directory and a copy of the EQ profile is sent by email if the hosting mail service and recipient address are configured. Only Wiser-authorized administrators should have access to that protected storage and mailbox. Wiser must set an appropriate retention period, ensure HTTPS and secure server access, and provide verified privacy contact details before collecting real participant information.
Your choices
Marketing consent is optional. You may contact Wiser through the website to ask about access, corrections, withdrawal of consent or deletion. Wiser should publish its verified privacy contact details and applicable retention policy before enabling live collection.
