Wiser executive coaching programs take place over a period of three, six, or twelve months. However, because we work towards attaining sustainable change, we recommend a program of at least six months. Our coaching programs are uniquely designed to provide leaders with the following abilities:

Executive coaching is a valuable asset for any leader. Today, executives are facing unprecedented change, complexity, and expectations from all levels of the organization. Executive coaches provide a uniquely honest, confidential, supportive, and growth based working partnership.

Bringing in an outside perspective can open leaders up to new ideas and possibilities. Developing one’s effectiveness as a leader is an ongoing process that requires the support and built-in accountability that only an executive coach can provide.

At Wiser, we use a coaching style that focuses on the issues that are the most important for organizational and individual success. We help leaders, teams and organizations build better versions of themselves through achieving clarity, consistency, confidence, and effective leadership behaviors.

OUR COACHING METHOD

At Wiser we use the G-R-O-W coaching method. This method of coaching has helped improve the performance of leadership across the globe and focuses on understanding the client’s goals, current reality, options, and actions they will take to meet their desired goals.
