Team Alignment Workshops

This workshop is designed to align the leadership team’s vision, goals, and behaviors. In this workshop, we will ensure the leadership team members are all working aligned to the same goals, and with the same understanding of the goal. We will work to break down silos and ensure members have a better understanding and working relationship with the leader and peers.

This workshop will build connections between members of a team, create lasting bonds, and enable better teamwork. After the workshop team members will have a better understanding of colleagues and will work more effectively. This workshop is a fun time together building better bonds to produce a higher-performing team.

This Leadership Assimilation Workshop ensures that when a new leader transitions in, leadership, processes and team norms are established quickly to enable the team to reach high performance much faster and without the collateral damage that is common to new teams.

The workshop presents a quick, non-threatening way to get answers to important questions and to openly address concerns the team may have. It’s a full-day, interactive, facilitated process that accelerates learning enhances early bonding and energizes the team to create synergies.

The full day succession planning workshop was designed to identify, develop, implement, and sustain the leadership pipeline for any size organization. This workshop makes use of the 9-box methodology and focuses on key and critical talent risk. There is also an assessment of where the organization may need to build vs buy talent for key projects or positions. A report from this workshop is often shared with the Risk Management team and/or Board of Directors. Upon completing this workshop leaders will have a clear and vetted view of where they have talent risk in their organization. We will also create a plan to mitigate this risk. All in one workshop!
